PROGRAM-BASED VIDEO WORKOUTS
These workouts are like traditional gym programs with video instructions and demonstrations. You'll need to leave the house to run/walk, or you can perform substitute cardio.

There are many components of fitness, and most training programs only target a small number of them.
Total Home Fitness is designed to improve all aspects of fitness.
You'll be training not only strength, strength endurance and cardiovascular fitness, but also power, speed, flexibility, agility, coordination and balance.
COMPONENTS
Total Home Fitness caters for all abilities. I explain during workout videos how to progress or regress exercises according to your ability.
Essentially, we modify exercises, change weights, change repetition ranges, and walk/run at different speeds. Be honest with yourself, and you will continue to push your limits as you get fitter!
DIFFICULTY
Variety in your training is important for mental and physical reasons. However, we don't want to stray too far from the best exercises, and too much variety can create confusion in a world already full of complexity. Total Home Fitness is designed with structured variety that doesn't compromise quality. Having dumbbells and a suspension trainer is essential to this.
VARIETY
I get it; we all want to look better in our swimming gear, but personal aesthetics is just one reason to exercise. Total Home Fitness is not all about the before and after photos. You can do them if you like, and you can share them if you fancy, but I'm more concerned with you feeling more energetic, moving with less discomfort, walking and running faster, and improving your health and life expectancy.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I'm Tom Berry, and since 2011 I've conducted tens of thousands of personal training and group fitness sessions in the great outdoors, at people's homes and in community facilities.
I know how to train efficiently and effectively at home, and all my experience and expertise have been used to develop Total Home Fitness.
The Total Home Fitness program is sensible, practical, achievable and effective.
