I offer mobile personal training in Exeter, Taunton, Tiverton & the surrounding area. I also specialise in running coaching, hybrid athlete fitness and speed coaching.

Since 2011, I have conducted tens of thousands of training sessions in New Zealand (Christchurch) and the UK (Cambridge and Exeter).​ I have the skills and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.

I've specialised in mobile personal training since I began my business 2011, and so I understand how to train to a high standard with minimal equipment.
Some people I train have large and well-equipped gyms, others just have a small area of driveway or a spare room. I also train people in suitable public facilities (parks and recs). I have kit that I can bring, or I can suggest kit for you buy.

Speed is a fundamental component of fitness that can be improved with expert coaching and comprehensive training programs.

I have experience coaching track and field athletes and sportsmen/women in all of the major field sports. My clients have ranged from children learning basic movement skills to adults representing their country.
